I opened a ticket, and waiting for their reply.

Honestly, I care about my yesterday's data.
I can't even login to take a backup.
And we ordered because we trust @Deepansh and still do that doesn't mean he's a scammer ! We're just waiting for answers

Same reply they gave me and added that our London server is down.
We raised a ticket and it will fix in sometime.

My one cent. I have hosted one of my client's site (boardwale dot com) on tryhost. Works excellent so far. I think we need to be patience with stratups like elnhost, tryhost etc. They are offering really very competitive hosting for us to get head start in setting up our startups or whatever you call it.

Thank you for the help, i thought it is DNS issue, but now it is clear.
This is sad to see, i am running store with this hosting, it is good to be honest, but the dwontime is really bad for my business.. I hope they can fix that asap..

even their main domain's SSL is misconfigured... a very shady kind of hosting, wouldn't trust this business to host my data.
