Perfex CRM Restore

Hi Guys,

Im trying to backup and restore my perfex CRM to another host but after the restore, I don't see any Invoices or Tasks in the projects, Tried it with every possible way. Am I missing anyting

Appreciate your help here

how did you backup your database?
using the perfex module or phpmyadmin?
Using any modules that affects invoices and tasks?

Tried with both ways and still those elements are missing

Do you have access to the original database on the first host?

yes i have full access
