Already! I'm always removing the whole directory of WP Rocket before extracting the new version there via Cpanel. and I see "License: Infinite" in the dashboard. Should I remove WP Rocket once via the WordPress admin panel?

You don't need to delete existing files, if the plugin is nulled then you can update from WP plugin upload.

Always test the updates on staging site first and take a backup before major updates.
