The issue is that the plugin you had installed probably activated the debug mode of PHP or Wordpress, and when you deactivate it, you no longer have the error, but if you use the wordpress debug mode as true, you will probably see it again :)
 
Is remove unused CSS working on nulled version? i cant seem get it work.. in coverage it still says a high percentage of CSS is being loaded...

no, because the best choice for my site (and for pagespeed) is not to work "remove unused CSS".

Well, I disabled Sassy ... plugin and Rocket stop sending warnings... I goint to check other plugin to reemplace Sassy.
