You said in update, the version is 12.4, but in the package is WebViewGold_Android_v12.3

Who want here is 12.3 nulled by me.

I've tried the code and the interstitial ads of AdMob don't work, I have all the admob part well configured but I can't get the admob interstitials, also the splash screen doesn't work too. Does it happen to anyone else?

I'm beginner to use android studio ....
i download the android studio and import the project
then from config i changed the URL to my site
and host URL to my site without https
then i run the application to test as i saw in documentation videos
but the app or web view doesn't work

is there any steps missing ?

As @hamdino has already mentioned, the latest version made available here is untouched, and hence it needs to be nulled before it can be used without license key. The error you reported has confirmed it.

I will try to figure out how to null it, but I'm not the master in this field. If someone can do it, please upload the nulled version. Thanks.
