Maybe unrelated but:
If i use a license, create apk (or ios package archive), i extract it, PUBLISH it, it gets accepted on the store and so on, will "the system" recognize me if i deactivate that very license from that old xcode project and reactivate onto another?
 
i got problem while running the apk in my phone, my phone use android 8.0.0 (Oreo)
how to fix the issue
