Finally got my credit card to work, it wanted my old address. Can someone share when is India Mumbai have resources next?

its works but now you need a working International Credit Card to complete signup. And yes, if you are getting over excited to get 24GB ram and 4 OCPUs, then pls don't, its all shared, as soon as you start using it properly you will notice that server resource usage is hitting 90-98%. It cannot even handle a business wordpress website with small userbase (this is my personal experience, don't know about others)
Sometimes, after you get the account, you can't create the instance, you get an error, you have to upgrade with a credit card, you will be charged 100 dollars and then you will be refunded! I recommend using a virtual card! and don't use anything paid, just FREE
