Possibly caused by the new LearnDash Plugin 4.1.1, have you tried rolling it back to previous versions to see if other plugins play nice?

No. On the contrary, I installed a new version of LearnDash 4.1.2, which is posted here. Same error. So, to use the Instructor Role plugin, i need to install an older version of LearnDash?

I meant to roll it back to an older version than 4.1.1 not newer. It might be a compatibility issue between versions. The latest version of the instructor plugin is tested to work with learn dash version 4.1.0 as it claims on their website.

They just need reuploading again by @TassieNZ whenever gets time to do it.

However, if you just read previous page you will find working nulled versions from @p.majax that you can use
