You have to go to settings and add OpenAI key. You can get cheap keys online for OpenAI.

After that, you can create a campaign and click Advanced options and use OpenAI.
It will generate you a text upto specific symbols. You can select upto how many characters would you like to have a text.

For the media, you can generate image with OpenAI as well.

As I Understood, you want to use your mobile phone on waziper and select contacts from your phone, instead of adding them with a list or CSV?
This is possible, by making the own script. But on original Waziper 5.0.3 is not possible, unfortunately
