If I just want to visit the WordPress section and browse all the plugins from recently to old it's not possible because I have to navigate using one of the 50+ sub-forums.

How do I browse all WordPress plugin stuff? So far I can only see like 10 posts and than I see "YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO POST THREADS HERE. "
