I added the sliders in the WPbakery page builder. I tried so many times but I can't seem to make these menu option and say hello option work. The options on the demo site seems to be working but I don't know why it doesn't work on my site. I also looked into the actions tab, there was on Scroll to ID but I don't know How to find the IDs of the slider. Please help me. If you need to look into the page setting directly to see the problem. I can provide a temporary login via DMs. I'm in urgent need of help.

However, if I understand your question correctly, I'm assuming you're using a slider revolution theme, so you should look for information on using anchor coding directly in the official revslider documentation.
