This works fine. Only needs to remove activation notification.

Look for & Open: UpdateCenterPlugin.php in mailster/classes in plugins folder.

Find at line 289:
add_filter( 'admin_notices', array( &$this, 'admin_notices' ), 99 );

Add 2 forward slash symbols in start to disable it OR simply replace the line with:
// add_filter( 'admin_notices', array( &$this, 'admin_notices' ), 99 );

Hope someone will update with nulled / activated version soon.
