Why not just sell an health related affiliate product to them with an email tool like GetResponse? With a compelling copy and trying out different products, you might eventually hit the jackpot.

Maybe weight loss, diabetes, skin care issues etc.

Start a brand, build a blog, add some articles then run with cold marketing to this list and some warm introduction and let those that would leave or mark you as spam do so, this way, you'd be able to filter through the list for those who are interested.

maybe it is in a specific niche
this is a warm email list with good stats

if the sender's email is a different domain
this is not optin anymore
they do not know you

they need to be warmup
you can try to learn if you want to take that path, a lot of work

usually, people say no, you can not do it there are many reasons why:
one is they make money from this strategy and they do not want more people to do the same
other is they don't know how to do it or they try and fail, so they say it can not work
and some other reasons .. no time to share

it can be done and inbox also, but remember these emails need to be cleaned and verified and this has extra cost, you can do it yourself self but this is also an advanced technique.
