If I knew in which table of the db and in which files the nulled version acts, I would eliminate them so as to return to a non nulled version. Do you know which tables or files the nulled version acts on by any chance? Thank you

Try this one:
1- Create a subdomain
2- Fresh install wordpress and install theme and activate key
3- If you work with it just complete your work on subdomain and then migrate to main domain.
4- If you have still problem with activation ask to author for "development licence" you should say " I worked on my project on this subdomain and I need to activate this main domain etc"

If you try:
go wp-options table and delete with all data starting with "pix" and "pixfort" and use wp db cleaner plugin after than for remove all unnecessary options

there is no data on db that contains "pix" or "pixfort" not even in wp-option unfortunately. Really weird this nulled theme

I am trying to import the demo content for "Company" but it shows an error.

An error occurred while fetching file from:

https://import.pixfort.com/essentials/demo-content/company/company-elementor.xml

Reason: http_request_failed - cURL error 28: Failed to connect to wordpressnull.org port 80 after 5202 ms: Couldn't connect to server.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I modifed the code (I just removed the media query) and path. Add the following code to

plugins\pixfort-core\functions\pixbuilder.css

NOT
plugins\pixfort-core\functions\css\pixbuilder.css
