header will not work as it is hardwired to theme css and it doesn't work without license.

You can do it copy your pixfort key and licencese key on your db and paste on domain's db.

If I were you, I create a subdomain (just for working should not be live) I requested to them deleting licence on active domain and transfer to this subdomain. So when you need a demo just import on subdomain, edit and finish the project and duplicate this work to live website. Repeat process for new projects.
It should be work my guess

Doesn't work like that because when you deactivate theme it brokes on frontend. On live sites you need actiavated theme or it doesnt work - totally breaks the site
