Just follow the procedure in the screenshot. It works effectively

Even after installing pixcore nulled the whole header builder screen is locked with the error screen. No option to edit or change desktop to mobile because everything is locked behind the error.

I had the option to edit . I just followed the screenshot to save

It seems that the nulled theme you use is not going to let you import that demo the way you do it, you will have to find another nulled version or have someone share the .xml with you.
