This error is also in version 5.13 I tried to install from version 5.13 and update until I reached version 5.15 but the same error persists. I use shared vps hosting in the installation I use localhost.

I recently posted my php.ini if anyone can send me a screenshot of the php.ini with the settings I would be grateful.
