You may need to remove both plugins and clean the site cache.
Clean and optimize the Database with the Advanced Database Cleaner PRO plugin. After that, install the plugin again.
Once, I had a similar problem - I had to clean the database.

I cleaned the database, removing every table, option, and cron job by Yoast (wordpress-seo) and cleared cache with breeze, and reinstalled, and I still get the issue. Crazy. But as I said, as long as the premium features work for me, I don't mind the warning. I'll figure it out one day.
