Why has my request been moved to the recycle bin?

Just out of curiosity: a few minutes ago I've placed a request in, what I believe, the right section for it ('Request Section'), but a few minutes later someone closed it and it got moved to some recycle bin, without giving a reason for that action. So, question is obviously; what did I do wrong?

- Did I ask the wrong question?
- Did it use the wrong words?
- Wrong section after all?
- Was I rude?

Sorry for being naive but I don't understand. Thank you in advance for bringing some clarity.

Hi there, as I've seen it the problem was that you posted it in the wrong section.
Nulling section is only used when you have the original files downloaded from the source.

Aha, thanks for that. I didn't know.
So, in short I have to download the original files, not nulled, and attach them in a request in aforementioned section?

If it's a nulling request then yes.
If you don't have the file you can ask for it in the request section following the rules

The website offers a trail version. Does that count too as an original file? Obviously I can't find a paid version because that would mean it was nulled ;-)

(Sorry for bothering you on this beautiful day, btw)

Unfortunately that does not count as your own resource.
thus it may technically be impossible to null.

Why don't you try your luck in the request section?

Maybe that's the best thing to do. Thanks again for your effort to clearing this up.
