yes supports php 8.1 but this will work with their own sms gateway that will cost you around $10 i think

Previously i was using this module and i created a file to bypass its functionality, then i developed my own module with more features so i deleted this module, now i don't have the file, but let me check if this is available on my server
here is the file. Place it in your WHMCS Cron Directory Root/Crons then in your cpanel create a cron job
