Nowadays are not too different from yesterdays or the days before that.
1. Identify who your target audience is.
2. Identify where and how they use the internet to get info and advice.
3. Identify why they have a need to read the content and what the need is
4. Get snippets of the content posted in the places revealed in #2 so they see it. It has to be compelling to bring them back to the content. Lead magnets work well also.
5. Email your list.
6. Run paid ads to it if that is your fancy
Shitty content is an aberration if it doesn't resonate with people and convert, no amount of traffic will fix that
