Are you guys getting http address instead of https and issue with mixed contents? This is causing the site to display incorrectly i believe. There is a SSL certificate on the front end so that is not the issue but due to the links to images and css etc are http there is mixed content and therefore not displaying correctly how do you guys resolve this? Any suggestion?

Ok found the issue , pdo_mysql need to be enabled
Anyone got this error ? tried with DB user permission, I have given all privilege.
