umm, go to default theme or any other theme that you might use and and change the titles in the file called "_sidebar.tpl" and for the link change just make sure you change everything accordingly to that link that you want to set meaning all the functions ( bcs otherways it will respond to 404), anyway use .htaccess to change a link but you'd need to change it in the files where the link you want to change is found as well
