i think is an sql issue as i got this error after uploading sql file

"INSERT INTO `permission_group` (`id`, `name`, `short_code`, `is_active`, `system`, `created_at`) VALUES(1000, 'Multi Branch', 'multi_branch', 1, 0, '2022-11-17 10:53:36');"

"#1062 - Duplicate entry '1000' for key 'PRIMARY'"
any help please??

Its only useful if you have more than one school branch installed and all the branches data will fetch in one main school that can be installed multibranch addon. other wise its no use.

You should have Two or more Smart School system already installed.
Then you can link both the installation in one.

Multi Branch is not like SAAS add-on. Its just linking module.
