There are two secret files, one in folder php and one in folder admin. Maybe you`re using the old version of the secret files where are written all important functions and you`re missing the new function to add allergies, as it is the last function written in the secret file. Try adding this code in your secretfile under admin folder :

Once you activate it, two files will appear in the folders I mentioned with all the function needed for the script to work. I said secret because they have different names based on the licence you inserted. If you go trough all this topic you`ll see they`ve been shared for some versions before, maybe this will makes sense to you.
Resource is not shared by me, I didn`t check what the author of the topic uploaded nor I use it, I use the original version. I can share the two secret files once I reset my licence because as I said mine is hard edited and won`t work for anyone. Also if author doesn`t have acces to this resource anymore @Babak can move the resource to me, and I`ll keep it updated to last version. Let me know if you need proof of purchase and resource to upload.
