Just replace it from cpanel in the folder - if its dynamicaly sourced then you need to change the code, happened to me with one other theme..

Guys It's not bug, Header & footer Modules are editable with Elementor, You just need to go to Elementor > Settings & check Edit Header & Footer Modules with Elementor.
Thats it, you'll now be able to edit the header & footer for the same.
