I'm not sure I understand your question. You mean you are having difficulty working with html/php and not sure how to edit the code? If that's the case, you might be better off Installing a CMS like WordPress, installing a free/paid template, then perhaps importing some demo content and working through that.

questions , does your script has backend ? fully uploaded ? your questions are direclty related to what you are hosting on the cpanel

That's not how it works, uploading a template wont make your website. Assuming you are talking about a WordPress website template. Even after choosing a template you have to edit it within WordPress to link the various template elements to your WordPress website.

If you don't want to use WordPress, then use an HTML editor on your computer, build the website page you want. Save the changes and upload it and the images to the hosting area normally named Public_HTML or WwwRoot.

Then load the website page via your domain. http://yourdomain.com/your_page_name.html
To load the page without using the pages name save it as index.html. And in the Public_HTML or WwwRoot rename the index.php to index.php_

This will allow your index.html page to load instead of the index.php using just http://yourdomain.com URL.

There is no easier way other than hiring someone else to do it for you.

Any reason why you don't wish to use WordPress? You would be much better off long-term using a one-click install of WordPress through cPanel and using one of WordPress's free templates. It's much easier to edit as a beginner and to add more content later on through a content management system.

The reason why the template doesn't have a ''admin.php'' admin/backend, is because it's a html/php template and not a "content management system" like WordPress for example. It's designed to be directly edited within code/software or through your host's control panel.

You can find scripts with a backend admin if you don't wish to use WordPress, perhaps something lightweight like https://getgrav.org or https://pagekit.com might be beneficial, but again, they require to be installed with a database. It's your choice, but in my opinion, you would be better off using a CMS.
