I found a solution to change the logo for the Dashboard and the admin login page:

First, create the logo in SVG format.
Second: Open the logo with any editor and take a copy of the code.

Third: Paste this text into these files:
1- Example.com/resources/themes/admin/components/application-logo.blade.php



2- Example.com/resources/themes/admin/components/application-auth-logo.blade.php
