i don't know but if you interested, you can just go to ibravehostinger.com .. it offer one time purchase hosting but a little bit pricey i guess.. just using it about a year, so far so good..
You might wanna take a look at AlexHost offers for hosting and/or vps/vds. As far as I know you're only limited by space aquired and not inodes.

the factors that matters are these : IOPS, I/O (KB/s), Active processes, Entry processes, Database size, Inode count ( depends on your site ), Isolated Resources etc. check them if you are looking for an advanced hosting. but a powerfull host might cost 200+$ per year
