Solved I'm IP blocked out of the blue

Hello.

I'm getting a plaintext message "Oops! I did it again! You've been limited! Try again later!"

My VPN bypasses this fine, but I don't know why my IP was limited. I visit this place like 10-20 times a day that's for sure, but I tend to only download updates of the plugins I use (which is like 1-2 downloads / day).

There is a rate limit set in place due to some recent attacks.
Rate limit only happens when you open multiple tabs at once without waiting for them to properly and completely load.

As it cannot be publicly disclosed how long is the block time I can only say that rate limited IP will be unblocked sometime up to 8 hour period.

Oh, all I had when it blocked me out is one single tab, one single page open. I just woke up and started looking at my notifications. The third page load was a block. Probably a glitch. It works now, thank you.
