The problem with this is that you'll increase your DA, but you'll increase your SPAM score significantly. Not worth it. These are two different measurements, and one without the other means nothing. Google will eventually punish such sites. Don't risk your primary domain. Try it on another side project, and keep in mind the risk for a penalty is big.
