Thanks for providing this plugin, however it was not nulled and was not working. I read the entire thread and see that in the past people said there was a license error that was cosmetic only and that the plugin worked fine regardless of this message, HOWEVER, that is not the case anymore and the plugin does not provide the image choices option in gravityforms unless you null the plugin. I used the modifications shared by

Added new imageChoices_largeImage property to choices which can be used in dynamic population to set a specific url for the lightbox image. If not set, image choices will fallback to imageChoices_imageID to get the url from the media attachment ID. The newer method allows for external images.
