why you need the nulled version, when you can use the fully featured in untouch version?

The nulled version to remove purchase code notification.
It does, just grabbed main download again and simply installed, activated, ran through theme setup and all fine.
Your issue is that you are simply installing it as it you get it, you need to unzip it first.
This theme was working fine until today of all of a sudden stopped working and was reverted to a WP default theme
