For someone new to this, how do you use these files without coding?
I have experience with Elementor and WP, but I have no idea what to do with these files.

This is an HTML template. The way I use these templates is I just run them on my localhost and then mix and match the blocks of code that I want into a new HTML file to make the page that I need. Or you can choose one of the ready-made pages that suits your needs and start to replace the content.
I use Notepad++ but you can use a visual editor if you like.
I think you are going to need to have a basic knowledge of HTML code structure to be able to use this template.

Also, you can check the documentation which is provided in the downloaded package.

At least you need basic understanding of html and css. Learn a bit at freecodecamp or watch tutorial on youtube to get familiar with it.
