I downloaded the latest version, but when trying to install, I get the following error message:
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected identifier "�", expecting ")" in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\billey\functions.php on line 9"

How do i solve this problem?

I can't edit the form in elementor with this theme. In the widget section, nothing appears. Otherwise everything is OK.
I had some cache issues but I did backup and even nuked the test server, did several new install but the form still won't work. :(
A quick solution would be to replace it with a elementor form plugin (like metform) but the style doesn't match, maybe I can play around with the css? IDK
