Tried tried this too:

I did the following:
- Downgraded to a prevision of Astra Pro (3.9.XX)
- Uninstalled the Starter Templates (Latest nulled)

- Installed Astra Pro (V.4.0)
- Starter Templates (V 3.1.21)
----[ Works with no activation notifications up to this point. ]---

As soon as I upgrade/install the latest starter templates plugin the Astra Pro activation notice appears and all the pro templates can't be imported.

Compared v4.0.0 to 3.9.4 and there is massive differences when nulling the file. This might be why people are getting licence errors/warning etc.

I will replicate the nulling done from v3.9,4 and see how this works on a staging site.
If it works as expected I will share on here for others to test.
