Explains the -1/1 issues in other threads. 👍

Have only found it to be an issue if overwriting existing install, if delete that resource and do as new then haven't had issues, touch wood so far.

Can not install plugins and themes from wordpress.org via dashboard if v3.1.25 is activated, all install and upgrade will be failed. What's worse, it cannot automatically update to the latest version 3.1.26 by itself. 😂

- Fix: Backup file not created for existing customizer settings.
- Fix: Icon for Starter Templates plugin isn’t appropriately distributed within the Elementor Editor.
