its happening only on user App

Hello, so I updated to version 2.7, but when I send a notification or when there is a status update, the new notification icon doesn't appear on the cell phone, you only see the notification when you open the app and click on notifications. Only the store app is working normally and in version 2.6 everything was normal too, can anyone help me?
