I really appreciate your help as it got me thinking about the possibilities of the problem. But I finally figured out the reason for the error. There was a mismatch with AI plugin versions. When I updated to the latest versions, everything worked perfectly again. Thanks a lot my friend.

How to make extended version functions work:
Step 1:
Install the script normally.
Step 2:
After installing it, grab the database add-on and add the tables to your database.
Step 3:
Upload the files from the "partials" folder and replace the originals.
Step 4:
Done, after that everything will work perfectly fine.

I have a latest script which does not require to add Extended database & Partials. Just install this script you'll get the extended version.
Everything is fine, except Biolinks Templates button is not showing up. Any one kindly help.

It work’s for enable/disable toggle, but the columns is still disabled. I try to edit from the database, it works… but you should clear cache everytime you update manually from mysql.

Tools only accessed on the main domain (https://domain.com/tools), if you try to access tools from custom domain (https://custom-domain.com/tools) it will redirect you to ”page not found”.
