Noob alert - Help for speeding up Wordpress website

Hi, I'm using Lite Speed Cache + Cloudflare CDN on my website, yet the site seems to be very slow. I'm using WebP & AVIF image formats too. Can someone help? Here's my site - www.thrivefinity.uk

thanks I actually followed this guide which is very extensive :

But I get a bit of a mix of good and bad perfomance
I decided to use :

Litespeed for CSS and Javascript, lazyload ect
Cloudflare for cache
Quic.cloud CDN
Perfmatters for asset unloading on certain pages

I don't feel that the website performs much better since doing all this work..
Anybody has experience with this configuration ?

All depends theme, plugin and hosting - In my case I only use Cloudflare with custom rules and the right theme.

I actually followed your guide as well for initial setup of cloudflare and security rules. For caching rules I used Super page cache for CF plugin that you recommended.
You don't advise to use Litespeed and Quic on top of this (I use a litespeed server with redis object cache) ?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't litespeed cache only work on litespeed servers?

It is indeed designed for litespeed servers. I am currently hosted by O2switch in France powered by litespeed
