Is proelements.org safe for production sites?

It's basically a stripped-down version of Elementor Pro removing features that are not included under a GPL Licence.
I have been using it for around 15 Websites for more than a year now.
Also, the Code can be viewed by anyone - https://github.com/proelements/proelements
(And if it were to spread viruses, or step on any copyrighted things, it would have been removed a long time ago from Github)
