Solved I cannot add resources.

I am trying to add a new resource for the community, free and virus free. It is a theme... But in the create section it doesn't allow me to add the ZIP file to download it, it's like I don't have the right role.

In another area, I am also a user with more than 2 years in this forum, I have never had any problems with anyone or anything. Before I had a profile with more interactions, trophies and messages after the reboot I lost everything.

I would like to be assisted to be able to publish content.
