How to set "Allowed Resource Type" restriction to only for registered users not for Administrators or moderators.​

hi all i requesting you all, how to set the Allowed Resources Types to upload files only to registered users, and allow all types to administrators and moderators.

for example, in my forum the registered users should upload 3 resources to download resources from my forum, so i unticked all the types except the Upload Files only, but for admin that all types of resource should be allowed. how to do this?
