If its a forum software to be hosted and also if its like babiato traffic, I would recommend you to get a VPS or more powerful hosting with 2GB RAM and 2vCPU at least. Forum software uses a lot resources in background for many cron jobs and you need a powerful or high config server to run a forum software with huge traffic.
