Firebase App validation failed

Hello fellow developers, am Keith Tumusiime, I am using firebase authentication with phone in my app, whenever i make a request, it returns the error below. I have added my sha-1 signing and upload key from play store console but all not working

[FirebaseAuth: ] getGoogleApiForMethod() returned Gms: com.google.firebase.auth.api.internal.zzaq@e4dcdc3
2021-03-22 12:20:32.627 26761-26761/com.pdt.rider D/respon: com.google.firebase.auth.FirebaseAuthException: This app is not authorized to use Firebase Authentication. Please verify that the correct package name and SHA-1 are configured in the Firebase Console. [ App validation failed ].
