Got it....On hostinger you have to set the subdomain folder to a folder named "public" within the subdomains folder. so if subdomain folder is "app" then it need to be specified to *app/public* rather than just *app* when adding the subdomain. But the actual CRM files still extract within the *app* folder. That was all it needed
