Before applying for Google Adsense?

Hey @Babak I want to make forum with the help of Xenforo but I also want to get Google Adsense approval. Right?
So. the main doubt is-


Is it possible to get Google approval on Xenforo OR
Should I use any other theme first and write some original post(20) and then apply for Google Adsense and after approval I change it to Xenforo theme!!

Please guide me through!!
