[ASK] Html editor for dummies (like me)

Hello everyone!,
For a long time I paid a subscription to this site https://wordtohtml.net/ in order to be able to easily convert from word to html.
It was a simple and effective way to be able to create my email signatures, make some minors changes on my website etc... while seeing the html code live. (to help me and get started)



... except that with the current crisis ... I'm trying to save as little as possible ...
Can someone offer me something that could be compared? I have dreamweaver ... and I am not able to do anything with it.

Let me know if you know an intuitive tool like that please!

Wordpress has a WYSIWYG (tech speak for What You See Is What You Get) post creator that you can click from "normal type" mode to HTML. Not used for a while but I think it works that way. One of the guys will be able to confirm

Yes I know, but it completely distorts the code.
Line spacing becomes double space etc.

If i try with the wordpress editor the rendering is completly strange (each line height is like 2x the normal one)
