HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) is a the video encoding used by many of the larger professional video streaming companies but has, until now, been too costly and complicated for ordinary affiliate bloggers.
With Matthew McDonalds new WordPress plugin, Awesome HLS, you can just drag an drop a video into your site and the plugin will make the transcoding for you.
Granted, it will take some initial setup on your Amazon AWS, but the detailed tutorials that comes with the plugin makes is very easy and takes less than 20 minutes. And you do it only once.
