I am currently using the plugin. It didn't give a new version warning while installing, it saw it like another plugin. But it seems to be working.

Sorry.
When I unzip in windows it doesn't ask for the password, so I had failed to unzip.

When I grabbed the decompression software, it asked for the password, so I was able to decompress correctly.

It worked with winzip and the password, but the plugin still shows the old version.

I have an issue with this version.
The first time i will add a quote, the cart is always blank. I've tried several times, and the cart always blank in first quote.
When I install the version 2.9, the problem was solved.

I think you should check how you manage the exclusion list.
